All electronics must be in their original, unopened packaging with all serial numbers intact to qualify for a full refund.

Secure Packaging
Place the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries back into the original manufacturer box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping carton.
Ship to Service Center
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our designated inspection facility; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value drone equipment.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware is in original condition and the flight logs show no crash data, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
